Project Objective is to identify and solve pain points in procurement and storage subsystems in kitchens, and to come up with innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and productivity of these systems.
The ultimate outcome of this project is to provide practical and implementable solutions for improving procurement and storage subsystems in kitchens. These solutions should be grounded in data, insights, and best practices, and should be designed to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. At the end of the project, a comprehensive report outlines the pain points identified in procurement and storage subsystems, the solutions proposed and tested, and recommendations for implementation. The team utilized a variety of tools and techniques to gather data and insights, and engaged in collaborative brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and solutions.
